Monthly Meeting Dates and Days:
...In the past the monthy meetings have been set on the first Thursday of every month. Turn has pretty much
been the same people. Also, there have been pleny of people taking advantage of the discount benifits offered by Jeff at Daphne
Mazda... In 2008 there have been / will be changes made...
In 2007 there were several events planned and dates sets well in advance for participation, but there was
a very poor turn out at each event. Often, Harvey or myself have recieved mail about events... but then the meetings had poor
turn outs and several people just would not commit to an event date...
This year, the new club president, Brian Helveston, will be setting an agenda and the dates for many posted
events will be fixed. The first meetings of the year will be held March 8th at 9:30AM at Daphne Mazda and on March 11th at
6:30PM at the McAlisters Deli on Satchel Paige drive (I-65 and Hwy-90). An active members list will be created at this meeting
and the events planning and calendar will be the main agenda.
If you intend to remain an active member of the Azalea City Miata Club, you will need to attend at least
one of these meetings. If you are not there, and Brian has not heard from you, you will be moved to the inactive members list.
You will not get e-mails regarding events and you will no longer recive a discount at Daphne Mazda as a member of the club...
